Apparently, the Canadian Prime Minister appreciates hearing ideas from Canadian Citizens.  You can address a letter to him at 80 Wellington St. Ottawa, Ontario  K1A OA2. Please ask him to send funds to the NorthWest Territories ASAP.  Our friends up north have been asking for help with infrastructure for too long.  The NWT Premier, Caroline Cochrane, has recently made a plea to every Canadian that we raise our voices to the Federal Government to send our tax dollars North!   You can also contact your local MP to convey this message.  Thanks, Canada!
